Imagine parking on a stormy night? It would be hard to see exactly where the narrow unfenced bridge is.And what happens when someone has a slight unintended acceleration moment? That's a thin glass wall you'll easily crash though on your way to the sea!Unintentionally select fwd instead of reverse?Same deal.
It is of course only a concept. However you'd think they'd pay a little more attention to details -the very first thing a client will think of is "is it safe?". Leaving out such details cant inspire confidence lol

Worst safe place to live ever, I'd Go for Tony Stark's house design.

Nah, man. Go for Wayne Tower:
Mostly because I've actually gotten to be in and around the building they filmed for the movies. I might actually end up working there after college, depending on how things go. So for me, it's like a kid's dream come true to be close to Batman's pad.

Where's that building?

Chicago Board of Trade building. Right next to it (same complex, it's the one at a 90 degree corner) is the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
You want to buy anything that is shipped from around the country? Chances are it went through that building digitally. It's the NYSE of tangible goods.

GhostZ knows his buildings as good as his cars.

Actually, I got that wrong, that smaller building is not the mercantile exchange, but it's on that same complex somewhere, along with the Federal Reserve.

CBOT is 141 W Jackson, and CME is at 20 S Wacker, about a half mile apart.
The CBOT building is at the sound end of LaSalle which is the financial district, whereas the CME towers are over on the western edge of the Loop, next to the Opera building. Both companies as well as NYMEX/COMEX are part of CME Group, but they don't own either building (sold their last stake in 141 a couple years back).

This is a really smart solution! They were able to make a 5 story tall residence that takes up no land (which can very very pricey in coastal locations) and doesn't project above the ground (so it can't obstruct any views/viewsheds of the coastal location). So it won't bother people living inland of the house. Genius.

In the Nolan-verse, Wayne Manor got burned down. For the Dark Knight, he lived in a penthouse on the tower before having it rebuilt.

In Dark Knight Rises he was back at the manor though, right?

The rebuilt one.
